Ensure the headbands are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging before securely sealing them in a shipping mailer.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
